After Sales Service

The After-sales service center is located at the head office in Fellbach. In addition to this facility, we maintain technical support bases throughout Germany. We assure our customers a rapid response to their needs.

In order to maintain the equipment in peak operating condition and performance, we recommend individual service options for our customers.

These options are also available for customers who operate plant and equipment of other manufacturers, and are offered either seperately or in combination with other services.

The following standard packages are available:

• Annual maintenance check
  Major annual inspection and testing of the equipment according to an individual checklist
• Standard maintenance
  Regular checks are performed as scheduled, plus a complete plant check-up with the emphasis on measuring and control instrumentation
• Laboratory support
