Vacuum evaporation units are used primary to separate water from liquid waste or aqueous chemicals.
Vacuum Evaporators
Forced Circulation EVALED PC E Type
The E-unit forced circulation vacuum evaporators use the heat pump to evaporate the waste solutions. The forced circulation allows to obtain a better heat exchange and a higher capacity.
Forced Circulation EVALED PC E Type KT
The E-KT-unit vacuum evaporators use the heat pump to concentrate corrosive aqueous solutions. The construction material and special thermal exchange heaters make possible to treat spent chromic and hydrochloric solutions.
Forced Circulation EVALED AC EW Type
The EW type is also a forced circulation evaporator which operates by low temperature (30°-35°C). But The heating and cooling energy required for evaporation and condensation is provided by hot and cold water supplied on site.
Scraper Systems EVALED PC R Type
The R-unit scraped vacuum evaporators exploit the heat pump to evaporate the waste solutions and to obtain a concentrate with a high solid content.
Scraper Systems EVALED PC RW Type
The RW model is designed for batch operation for solutions that have a high solids content (dissolved and suspended solids). The heating and cooling energy required for evaporation and condensation is provided by hot and cold water supplied on site.
Thermal Compression EVALED RV TC Type
The TC units are thermal compression evaporators. They have a very low energy consumption. The units are built inside a container box.
