Project Design & Implementation
Having collected and compiled all of the site data and having completed a water and wastewater balance supported by chemical analysis, we start our initial design phase to establish an overall design concept.
In order to demonstrate the cost/benefit scenario, a prognosis of the savings in water, chemicals or product that can be achieved is applied.
In addition, the prospective customer also receives a schedule of the system components and a process schematic together with the proposal and a general layout and foundation plan if required. Within the framework of this project, we assist the client in filing the necessary permit applications with the regulatory authorities.
During the project implementation, an experienced project engineer stays in contact with the client at all times. Our service division assists with the redesign, reconstruction and repair of existing installations, including other makes. We carry out the necessary fabrication and repairs of plastic components in polyethylene, polypropylene, PVC and PVDF.
